Daria Reviews The Twisted Tales of Spike McFang [SNES] – KICK Garlic BUTT! – Super Nintendo Review

Developed by Bullet Proof Software and released in 1993 – The Twisted Tales of Spike McFang is the semi-sequel remake of Makai Prince Dorabocchan for the PC Engine. While the original game was a side scrolling platformer, Spike McFang is an action RPG in the style of Secret of Mana and available only on the Super Nintendo.

Gameplay: Spike McFang [SNES] is a traditional Action RPG slash Adventure title. P1 controls Spike as he dodges traps and flips his cape, tosses his hat, and casts magic to damage enemies. Either the computer AI or a second player controls Spike’s companion for damage support.
